2024 Maple Park Fun Fest

Craft & Vendor Show

10:00 am – 3:00 pm / 6:00 pm

Participation Fee: $30

Applications and fees must be received by August 15th.

Any applications and fees received after August 15th will be assessed a $10 late fee.

Payment by cash or check only – No electronic payments solicited or accepted

Each crafter/vendor space measures approximately 10’ x 10’. All spaces are located on the street. Canopies are allowed, but cannot be staked down. You will need to supply your own tables and chairs. There is no electricity or water available at your booth during the festival.

The festival is held rain or shine. Inclement weather does not constitute a refund of fee. There is no rain date.

The show occurs on Main and South Pleasant streets. Check-in is at the corner of County Line Road and Main Street beginning at 8 am. Everyone must be set up and ready to sell by 10 am. The show closes at 3 pm.

Take-down must be completed, and totally cleared from Main Street, by 4:00 pm in order to be out of the way of the parade that begins at 5:15 pm.

There is a limited number of spaces available on Pleasant Street that can stay open and sell up until 6 pm. These spaces are reserved on a first come, first serve basis as applications are received. If you would like to stay open until 6 pm, please indicate so on the application.
