Food Vendor Information
Saturday, August 31st, & Sunday, September 1st, 2024
Food Vendor spots are Full for 2024!
Saturday: Vendors are allowed to sell from 9:00 am to 12:00 am. You may begin setting up at 7:30 am. (Bands and activities will occur throughout the day and night.)
Sunday: Vendors are allowed to sell from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. (There is a Car Show throughout the morning hours and bands on stage in the afternoon and evening, followed by fireworks at 8:30 pm.) You may begin setting up at 7:30 am.
Food Vendor Space: 10′ x 10′ per space (additional space subject to availability)
Food Vendor Space Rental Fee: $150.00 prior to August 1st, 2024 or $250.00 after August 1st, 2024 per space.
Electricity Hook-up Fee: $25.00 per day; Electrical requirements must be stated on application.
Payment by cash or check only – No electronic payments solicited or accepted

You are responsible for bringing extension cords, water hoses, tarps, ropes, cords, staple guns, tie wraps, etc. Please bring garbage bags for cleaning up your area.
Vendors are required to find a garbage can at the end of the event and dispose of booth garbage properly.
Vendors can only sell from their rented booth space. We do not allow walking on the grounds selling merchandise or handing out fliers.
Food Vendors must have appropriate Health Department Certification. You are required to have proof of certification at all times during the festival. Vendors also must submit a copy of certification with this application for contract approval.
All Vendors are responsible for maintaining their space in a manner that is both safe and pleasing to their workers and customers. All trash must be boxed or bagged and placed in the containers provided. No liquid waste can be discharged on the grounds. Vendors are responsible for removing their own property and cleaning their own space at the close of the festival.
Vendors will occupy open spaces on the street (not the sidewalk) in front of non-participating businesses and on side streets.
